Notes for whoever builds it

Give the tool its own folder (like roadmap/) with an index.html for visitors and an admin.html built on platform/admin-common.js.
Put its database setup in setup/<tool>.sql, written so it's safe to run more than once.
Add one entry to platform/tools.js, listing the tables that hold its content.

That's all. It then shows up on the tools page, in the Tools menu, in this overview, and in the complete backup and rebuild guide automatically.

Every tool is a paid firm tool: people get them through their firm. You switch a firm's tools on or off in the Firms tab, and the firm's owner sets who uses what in their Dashboard.

They also need an account: they create one themselves on the tools page with this same email. Admins can use every tool and every admin page.

Firms

Each firm is a company using the tools. You create the firm, choose its tools and invite its owner. From then on the firm runs itself from its Dashboard. You never see inside a firm.

The free Supabase plan doesn't keep backups for you. Download the complete kit after big changes and keep it somewhere safe and private.
